Best Honda Mechanic - Hands down. Tony is hands down a great mechanic and honest, honest, honest. He'll tell you what to fix and what can wait. On our 03 Accord he helped us with brake issues and since it was under warranty, pointed us to a dealer for the work. He could have made the money himself but was honest. He's very meticulous, organized and keeps his shop super clean. I've worked around shops before, and to keep it as clean as he does is simply amazing and tells volumes about the quality of work he performs. I would highly recommend Tony and Main Street Autoworks to every Honda and Acura owner in the state, and then some...

My last three automobiles have been Honda's so I always need to be connected with an excellent Honda repair specialist. I work in Monroe and wanted to find a good place to leave my car for repair while I was at work.
I found Tony from a recommendation at the Car Talk website and I'm glad I did! Tony's shop is immaculate, you can eat off the floor (a comment I read at the Car Talk website and I agree with).
Tony is truly an automotive expert. It's not often you run into a mechanic that is personable, honest, does the job right the first time, gives good estimates, and has fair rates. He even cleans your car before returning it (an extra nice touch has really spoiled me)!

Tony is the owner of this company. He is awesome. Every time I leave there, I wonder if I'm dreaming. He looks like Tony Hawk... just my two cents. My partner and I moved here four years ago with our 2000 CR-V. We found this establishment and brought in our car. The last place to attempt to fix the issue we were having was unable to do it after 3-4 attempts. Tony did it after the first try and for a very fair price.

Dear Tony and Honda Staff - You have all out-done yourselves again. I was more than pleased when my car was returned to me. It's funny, it's always in way better condition after it visits the "Main Street Autoworks" shop. I am also grateful for the "Honda Education" that was bestowed upon me. I am now aware of CV Boots, Clutch Chatter, Piston Slap, the fact that the windows need to be lubricated once a year, and that it's a good idea to let the car warm up for a minute (to lessen the piston slap). When we rolled into his yard, we were smitten with the cleanliness and looks of his place. We asked if we could take photos, as it looked like a Honda museum. He takes pride in his shop. He has an old gas pump that dings when you come up the driveway. He has an old Honda hanging out of the wall. His shop is in pristine condition. When we drove our car home, we noticed a bag on the floor with "new" parts in it. We called Tony and let him know he must have forgotten some parts. He very kindly told us those were the old parts he had removed and cleaned for us. He wanted us to be sure we knew he had, indeed, purchased and installed our parts; however, the old parts were dirty, so he CLEANED them before putting them in a bag to return to us. Seriously? In the past four years we have gone through four new Honda's (we like new cars) and he has serviced and advised us on every one. We even send him Christmas cards. He still treats us just as professionally as he did the first time we walked in.
Lastly, he's quicker, more affordable and more accurate than any Honda dealership I've ever dealt with. I prefer having warranty and service work done by Tony over any other Honda dealer anywhere. Dear Tony, I very much appreciate your recent help regarding the throttle-body and front engine mount on my '88 Honda Civic. Driving home from Monroe the day I saw you, shortly after crossing the bridge just outside of Monroe on 522, a gravel truck in the opposite lane threw a stone which hit my windshield - this was the 4th or 5th ding I've encountered in practically the same location! I wonder if my insurance company believes me!
I found an independent shop two blocks from my home. I've walked by the shop many times when I walk my Golden Retriever to the Seattle University Campus. It is called Moss Alley Motors, Inc. on 12th Avenue. They specialize in Volvo, Honda, Toyota & Subaru. Perhaps you know of the them. Because Moss Alley is a small independent business, with reasonable rates, specializes in Honda and is close to home, I've decided to have car repairs done there.
Today when I had the front engine mount replaced, I spoke of the excellent service you have provided to me and of how nice you are. The gentleman I spoke with, A.J. (I believe is his name) said he has heard very complimentary comments about your work from two customers and from his in-laws who live in Monroe. I told him I would tell you - he said to tell you the good news is out about you!

Main Street Autoworks is one of those hard to find car repair shops that you don't feel as though you have been lied to or cheated when you pay and go to leave. They have a great, knowledgeable staff and are super quick! That alone keeps us coming back to them, and the prices can't be beat! Unsigned

Although he's not close to where I work, he has consistently done great work. The prices offered at Main Street Autoworks are very competitive, and Tony is a very honest mechanic. Best Honda mechanic you will ever find. I almost didn't want to share our "secret" with others. We have been taking our Honda's to Tony for 14 years now. We will NEVER take them anywhere else. Not only is his work top notch, but he has the highest level of ethics of anyone in any field. We drive 60 miles one way, to take our vehicles to Tony. We have a 1982 Accord that only he has ever touched and it still works like brand new! He keeps up with training for every model year that comes out, so even our newest Honda is in the best hands ever. The news of his shop has spread so far and wide, that now it is hard to get an appointment sometimes. Skip the dealers, Main Street Autoworks is all you need to know. tiggermom6

Superlative. I can tell you plenty of service horror stories, the worst even about certain Honda *dealers* in the greater Seattle region. Think in terms of GASOLINE SQUIRTING OVER THE HOT ENGINE. These stories aren't about Tony Feyko, proprietor and mother-hen of Main Street Autoworks. NEVER in my life have I ever given a mechanic carte blanche - until Tony. Nothing escapes his eye and he lets you know what needs to be done now, how much it'll cost, what can wait, and what isn't worth worrying about. His estimates are spot on and I've never had his work be less than perfect. Even if you live a hundred miles away it's worth passing the dealers to go to Tony. cthulhu11

Dear Tony: Since I was still at work on October 8th when you returned my Civic to my garage fully repaired, I wanted to take a few moments and send you a letter of appreciation. We live in a world where mistakes occur constantly. And being in their very nature, mistakes, occur with no harmful intent or choice made on our part. What doesn't occur constantly though is someone being willing to own up to and fix a mistake that was made. Most people either run from their mistake or they stand there and pretend like they had nothing to do with it. Your response showed how much of an honest and integral man you are and I wanted to tell you that I greatly appreciate that. Secondly, and going right along with the honesty and integrity, is customer service. I have worked for QFC for 11 years and so I know what customer service is, and so I feel like I have the right to say this: Your customer service is outstanding. You did not act like I was inconveniencing you in any way, you went well out of your way to help me by coming over and picking up my car, and then you performed more service than was needed and asked for by refilling my gas tanks and re-vacuuming the car. I think the appropriate way to end this letter is to tell you that I know that this is not how you want to earn customers, by going through what we went through. Tony is the best mechanic I have ever worked with. I've had plenty of Honda cars over the last 10 years and Tony has been very helpful. He's not there to just make money, he wants to help you. I like how he starts with the least expensive item that may cause you problems and then works his way up to help keep the price at a minimum. You're the Greatest Tony. ~ Unsigned
